VACUUM HARVESTER

The vacuum harvester is powered by the tractor’s PTO shaft. Two suction hoses can be connected to the vacuum harvester, one with a diameter of 120 mm and the other with a diameter of 100 mm. If both hoses are used for suction, then an adapter for a hose with a diameter of 100 mm is placed on the 120 mm inlet and the vacuuming is performed with 2 hoses of 100 mm or individually with one of 120 mm or one of 100 mm.

The vacuum harvester does not separate the husk from the kernel, but the nuts comes out of the nut outlet uncleaned. The husk is separated by our hazelnut husking machine.

Plastic crates or boxes can be placed on the nuts outlet.

The vacuum harvester weighs about 300 kg and can be connected to the hydraulics of a smaller tractor.

As an additional accessory, we offer a suction tube with a back support (picture). The suction tube has 2 wheels at the front to reduce the strain on the worker when vacuuming. This tube is primarily intended for vacuuming hazelnuts when they are piled up in the middle of the row. The suction tube is not practical for vacuuming directly under the hazelnut tree.
