Final hazelnut inspection
The control table is used to control the cleaned hazelnuts after cracking with the DLO 120E or DLO 120ER cracker and shell separation with the shell separator. The control table is universal and can be used to control other fruits or vegetables where it is necessary to make a final control before packing.
The control table is the final machine of the hazelnut cleaning line, where it is checked whether all the nuts have been cleaned of their shells.
The control table is manufactured with 3 conveyor belt speeds. The speeds are regulated by replacing the pulleys. As an option, we offer speed control by electronic regulation.
Metal parts that come into direct contact with food are made of stainless steel. Transport wheels are built in.
