Efficient cracking with minimal kernel breakage
The cracker DLO 120E is intended for cracking hazelnuts and walnuts. The best cracking results are achieved if the nuts are previously sorted with a sorting machine. In this way, due to the uniform size of the nuts, kernel breakage is minimized and about 98% of the nuts is cracked.
The machine outputs the kernels and shells together. The shell can be separated with our shell seprator in one step by connecting both machines together and cracking and shell separation is done in one step.
